As an entrepreneur, it is very important to be aware of all tax obligations.  This class will cover the areas of proper documentation for various taxes, commonly overlooked income tax deductions, what the IRS expects of you as a business owner, what to do if audited, franchise taxes, and much more.  The failure to properly document and pay taxes can result in the failure of a business.
